Paintball Equipment by Chris & Ade (Regulars at Teamforce Paintball)

Alright Guys!  We have been playing paintball at Teamforce for the past 18months, after playing for a few times we started to buy our own paintball equipment, ranging from:-

  • Paintball Markers
  • Paintball Masks
  • Paintball Clothing

So as you can guess we are addicted to paintballing and adrenaline!

Paintball Marker Guns

Proto Matrix Rail - You will find that this marker is extremely light to hold and it will surprise you on how light it actually is when you use it throughout the day.  The gun is also fast firing and pretty accurate & seems to be very reliable. The Proto Matrix Rail is a mid- range marker and overall performs very well for cost of entry level electronic marker. You don’t have to spend an arm and leg for this entry-level marker.

(Cost £152.95)

Proto Matrix 7 - This is a very good gun. It is super accurate, and is rather quiet. Purchased it not long after it came on the market. Although it is basically the same as the PM6, the extra milling makes it lighter. I would definitely suggest that you get one of these if you are after a mid range paint ball marker. The Proto Matrix 7 would be my suggestion.

(Cost £431.95) Approx

DM7 - This marker is made with precision, accuracy and speed in mind. This reliable marker is light and compact giving you a small profile, but we know that big things come in small packages. The DM7 is consistent on air (operates on 145 PSI to be exact). This gun comes stock with a die ultra -light to ensure you perfection in your game. It also has a self-cleaning system allowing you a stress free day. The 3D body design lets you play in style so that you look good as the kit you own. Kinda makes you want to get one, if you have the money. This is a top end marker used by Pro Teams.

(Cost £650.00) Approx

ALL THE ABOVE MAKERS RUN OFF AIR WHICH YOU NEED A PMI CYLINDER, WHICH WILL COST £139.00 APROX

Paintball Masks

V Force Grill - Is one of the markets leading masks, it has an ultra low profile design which reduces the target zone.  Cutting edge optics with thermo cured anti fog and anti scratch lenses with unbeatable distortion free optics and aggressive 3d contouring for increase peripheral vision.  All V Force masks come with a clear lens, but we choose to use a blue photo chromatic lens which can be purchased at extra cost, (£27.95) approx.

(Cost £71.95) Approx for mask

Paintball Clothing

Proto Playing Pants - best used for the Summer as not as thick as the Dye C8 trousers as made out of light weight material to help you move faster on the playing field.  The pants have padded knees and crotch for extra protection, go out, get dirty, be naughty, and know that your pants will keep up with you.

(Cost £57.95) approx but can get cheaper – shop around and ask the Teamforce guys if they can help.

DYE C8 Pants - New for this year with increased venting overall makes the pants lighter and more comfortable.  New 3D Contour padding on hips and back enhance protection while improving mobility.  Heavy-duty ballistic nylon is what they are made out of with air form padding on sides and knees.  Very good pants for winter play, only down fall is will cost you an arm and leg to buy as with most Dye clothing and equipment.  Nice if you like the high end of the market and are twice as thick as the proto pants.

(Cost £98.95) mega bucks but very well worth the money.

Proto Jersey / Dye C8 Jersey - is the most visible piece of equipment that is on the field with increase vent meshing to keep your body cool, silicone injection to improve aim, stability and to keep that tank in a sweet spot.  Featuring padding on shoulders elbows and forearms and elastic cuffs now feature thumb locks to stop your jersey riding up.

(Cost Proto - £32.95, Dye C8 - £42.95)
