Teamforce operate a purpose built paintball and activity centre where groups and individuals can come for a great day out. We are located in the South West of the UK in Wales just to the north of Swansea, just 2 minutes (1.5 miles) off the M4 motorway.

Our team have been in the paintball and outdoor teambuilding industry for many years and are dedicated and highly experienced in providing you with a great time.

Meet our Team

Our team of trainers and consultants have been in the paintball and teambuilding/training industry for many years. We are dedicated and highly experienced in providing you with a great service.

Simon Adams - As founder of the company Simon supports the team while providing guidance for the various projects the company under takes. Simon spent 23 years in the Army and has a background in training, in particular in management, leadership and teambuilding. During his time in the Army Simon was seconded to Gorseinon College, in Swansea to pilot and coordinate the ESTYN award winning Army Preparation Course in 1999.

Steve Sabedo - Centre Manager

Steve – has been working for Teamforce for 2 years, initially as a marshal when he was in college and he was then offered the role of Centre Manger when the previous manager moved on. Steve combines his excellent knowledge of paintball with a friendly confident approach to staff and customers and has quickly become a valued member of the team.

In his spare time Steve goes out with his girlfriend (a lot) and is a bit of a Call of Duty expert on PS3 as well as being a Ninja on the Wii. Steve also likes trying all types of new exotic foods and currently has a craving for the legendary home made soups made by Silke!

Silke Adams – Office Manager

Silke hails from Dortmund in Germany and looks after all of the bookings and office administration for the business. Since the business started Silke is yet to play a game of paintball, but there is not a lot she does not know about how to run a paintball centre. Silke can obviously help customers in either German or English, although she will deny she now has a Swansea accent to go with her excellent English!

In her spare time Silke makes awesome home made soups!

Chrissie  Adams – Assistant Centre Manager

Chrissie has been working in the family business for 5 years and is also a valued member of the team. Chrissie has worked in many roles in the business from a young age and now assists Steve in running the centre as well as helping to manage the marketing for the company.

Chrissie will be going to Swansea University to Study German in September and in her spare time she plays hockey, goes kayaking with Simon and generally spends most of her time bossing everyone around! She is also pretty good on PS3 and will tell anyone who cares to listen that she is the equivalent of Lara Croft on the Wii

Brian Richards - Brian’s background and experience make him an ideal trainer and consultant in all aspects of Personnel Management and employment law. A qualified counsellor, he, together with his wife Megan, also a qualified practising counsellor, have presented numerous courses on Assertiveness, Conflict Management, Workplace Communications, Presentation Skills etc. to a wide range of client organisations.

Megan - Also ran her own SME for a number of years, manufacturing and retailing clothing and lingerie, and has an extensive knowledge of the challenges faced by small and medium enterprises in a competitive marketplace. She is also a founding member and current Chair of the Swansea Business Women’s Club.

Staff Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Our team have a wide range of skills, experiences and qualifications between them including; Post Graduate Certificate of Education (Cert Ed), NEBOSH (Health & Safety), First Aid at Work, Basic Expedition Leaders Award, Personal Trainer (Fitness), Diploma in Counselling, Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), Management and Leadership, Food Hygiene, Survival and much more.
