Example Programme - Teambuilding & Paintball
TIME EVENT OBJECTIVE REMARKS
1000hrs Arrive at venue, provide tea, coffee etc and safety and welcome briefing (split into teams). Provide a friendly welcome and briefing on the days activities, emphasising Health and Safety Risk Assessments and consent forms to be completed.
1015hrs Leaderless Teamwork Task - using planks of wood which have ropes attached, the teams have to navigate through a set course in allowing only the plank of wood to touch the ground. To complete the course in as quick a time as possible, whilst encouraging communication and teamwork. This task is a good team icebreaker and a lot of fun.
1045hrs The Water Margin - This task requires the team to devise a plan to enable them to fill three 7ft tubes with water in order to raise a floatation device to the top of the tube. Other associated problems are added during the task at the instructor’s discretion. This task encourages the group to think individually for a solution and then to implement one of the ideas. This task will allow the entire group to participate in a task where a mixture of brain and brawn will be needed.
1115hrs Break for tea and coffee etc    
1130hrs The Spiders Web - This task involves the group getting all of the team through the web without touching any part of it and not using the same hole twice. Other associated problems are added during the task at the instructor discretion. The aim of this task is to improve communication and teamwork skills. This task encourages team members to listen more than they speak and to follow instructions.
1200hrs Lunch Break    
1245hrs Paintball - This is a fun way to end the day as a reward for the team’s hard work. The paintball session will also encourage and reinforce the teambuilding message from the morning. Teamwork and Fun. Paintball is a great way to let off steam for all of the team and encourages competitiveness and team working. Paintball is conducted in a stringent safety environment and is fun for all who take part.
1445hrs De-brief and feedback session. To congratulate all on a good day and to find ways to improve the service or activities. Certificates can be available.

Note; There will be an instructor led debrief/discussion at the end of each task to identify the learning points.

Teambuilding and Paintball Package above includes;

1. Free tea and coffee all day
2. Bacon Rolls on arrival
3. All teambuilding and paintball equipment (marker gun and gas, paintball hopper, full head protection
    helmet & goggles, overalls)
4. 400 paintballs per person
5. Lunch - various types of lunch are available on request.
6. On site tuck shop with credit/debit card processing facilities

Cost = £60 +VAT per person (minimum group of 10)
